The Department of Veterinary and Food Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture has decided to restrict pigs’ imports from eight regions of Ukraine into Belarus territory.

The International Epizootic Bureau reported the African Swine Fever (ASF) outbreaks in the Vinnitsa, Volynia, Zaporizhia, Kherson, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopol and Chernihiv regions.

Restrictions are imposed from July 22. It will not be possible to importing pigs and susceptible animals into the territory of Belarus, their meat, as well as other products of their origin, feed and feed additives of animal origin.
