Photo report on the master class "American meat for barbecue" in the city of Dnipro

 

 

The master class "American meat for barbecue" was held on July 1 at the ROADHOUSE restaurant, Dnipro with the support of the American Meat Export Federation (USMEF).

The master class was conducted by Oleg Starun, brand-chef of the Steakhouse restaurant.

The participants of the master class were shown Ham, Back ribs, Spare ribs St. Louis Style, Skinless belly.

Totally, 54 participants attended the master class - chefs and restaurant owners, restaurateurs, buyers of meat products.
