Agropromkomplektatsiya group of companies will start supplying pork to Vietnam

In January 2020, Kursk Meat Processing Plant LLC (part of the Agropromkomplektatsiya Group of Companies) will start supplying pork to Vietnam, where an ASF epidemic has led to a shortage of animal protein.

Russia and Vietnam agreed on pork export conditions and signed the corresponding veterinary certificate, said Maria Shikina, director of the company's quality department.

This will allow the approved Russian enterprises, including the Kursk meat processing plant Agropromkomplektatsiya, to begin supplying pork to Vietnam.

Prior to this, Russia supplied only pork offal to Vietnam.
