New ASF outbreak was recored in Rovensk region

"According to the State Food and Consumption Service, a new ASF outbreak was recored in Rovensk region, Ukraine. The disease outbreak and animals' death took place in Miroschansky Agrariy. Pace of the disease did not diminish.

Ukraine has no region that is free from disease. The disease provoked significant reduction of hog livestock and vigorous growth of pork and salted pork fat in the country. As a result, Ukraine is ramping up pork imports and they have already hit record high since 2014.
