The American Pulled Pork Festival starts next week in Ukraine

The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) is conducting a promo campaign on American Pork in Ukrainian HRI market with the aim of demonstrating to final consumers, guests and customers of Eating Out Industry in Ukraine, the constancy of high quality product – pork from the USA, the variety of cuts and muscles for the HRI market, new ideas for cooking in low-slow style, as well as in the best traditions of the American BBQ

11 restaurants from seven cities of Ukraine supported the idea of The American Pork Festival conduction. The Festival’s piece de resistance is a pulled pork from the USA, especially in those Festival outlets which have American smokers and grills, and on the Festival restaurants choice - two types of pork ribs, bellies and other American pork items for HRI that are available in the Ukrainian market.
