Bocuse d'Or culinary master class in Ukraine was held, the American Meat Export Federation participated

U.S.Meat Export Federation (USMEF) took part in a master classes from the Bocuse d'Or Ukraine project, the national segment of one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the world and one of the most large-scale professional events of the HRI market in Ukraine. In 2022, under the aegis of this project, totally 5 culinary offline master classes and the Culinary Forum from the organizing committee and competitioners of the Ukraine National Selection with the participation of leading Ukrainian chefs will be held in Ukraine.

American Meat Export Federation at the Bocuse d'Or culinary master class in Ukraine

The first of the master classes took place on February 7 at the Pochayna Event Hall (Kyiv), where Bocuse d'Or Ukraine President Yevgeny Korolev held a master class on American beef, alternative cuts, in particular, Eugene used U.S. beef Top Sirloin Butt Cap, or a Culotte.

The major purpose of USMEF participation in Bocuse d'Or Ukraine events is to present U.S. beef and pork secondary cuts and muscles for HRI market players in Ukraine, to draw their attention to the unique taste and consistency of high quality of meat products from the USA.
