American Pork Festival report

The purpose of the U.S. Pork Festival was to demonstrate high quality of U.S. pork and its consistency, to increase recognition of the U.S. pork in Ukrainian market, to show non-traditional for the Ukrainian market barbecue dishes cooked low-slow in smokers and grills, to introduce U.S. pork items available in Ukrainian market to the residents of Ukraine and to evaluate taste and palatability of pork from the USA in meals created and cooked by Ukrainian chefs within the framework of the Festival. Mainly Ukrainian chefs of the Festival restaurants prepared various burgers, sandwiches, salads with pulled pork, but this time they added meals with ham chops and pork ribs.

This year U.S. Pork Festival expanded range of the Festival participants and sales geography. The Festival restaurants highlighted events conducted in the Festival outlets within the U.S. Pork Festival on Facebook/Instagram pages.
