African swine fever was identified in the commune of Henesenius Noah of the Leovsky district of Moldova. The local administration decided to introduce quarantine in the area for 30 days.

On departures from the commune, two disinfection and control filters were organized, on which local police keeps watch.

During quarantine, it is forbidden to export pigs and pork from the district, the sale of pork in markets is prohibited, and slaughter of animals for personal consumption is also prohibited.
