Social media played a major role in each workshop, which were broadcast and livestreamed for remote audiences.

A seminar held in partnership with Prime Foods targeting young consumers featured a contest for those who posted U.S. pork recipes on Facebook. The class was broadcast on the Facebook pages of USMEF and retailer Carnicerias Diablo.
