Garlic and Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

|3 lb pork tenderloin|
|1 tbsp olive oil, or as needed|
|2 clove garlic, minced|
|3 tbsp dried rosemary|
|1 sea salt, to taste|
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Rub pork tenderloin liberally with olive oil, then evenly spread with garlic. Place in a 10 x 15 inch roasting pan and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
3. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (65 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
