American Pork Bone-in Chops in Crispy Coating

Ingredients
250 g of U.S. pork loin bone-in
7 g salt
5 g black pepper
1 garlic bulb
350 g oil
250 g dried breadcrumbs
150 g wheat flour
2 eggs
1. Tenderize pork chops with a hammer on both sides.
2. Mince garlic, season with salt, pepper, and garlic both sides of the pork chops.
3. Break eggs and whisk them in separate bowl. Dredge pork consecutively in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
4. Heat a deep-frying pan, pour in oil and fry pork chops in oil on both sides. Remove the chops from the pan, place on a plate with paper napkins. Remove napkins when excess oil is absorbed and serve.
