American Pork Boston Butt Sliced in Soy-Fruity Marinade

Ingredients
300 g American pork Butt
100 g vegetarian oil
Marinade:
100 g apple
150 g pear
50 g plum gin or plum syrup
75 g yellow onion
20 g fresh garlic
100 ml table wine
75 g sesame seed oil
50 g soy sauce
30 g Korean seasoning Dasida
1. Cut pork Butt into thin pieces.
2. Chop ingredients for marinade and mix them thoroughly in a blender. Place pork pieces in marinade, cover with food plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours at + 5°C.
3. Remove the pork from marinade and fry in a pan with little oil for 5 minutes and serve.
