Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

|2 tbsp steak seasoning|
|1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar|
|1⁄2 cup olive oil|
|2 lb boneless pork loin roast|
1. Dissolve steak seasoning in balsamic vinegar, then stir in olive oil. Place pork in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over the top. Squeeze out air and seal the bag. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
3. Transfer pork and marinade to a glass baking dish. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (65 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
