Oven Fried Pork Chops

|4 pork chops, trimmed|
|2 tbsp butter, melted|
|1 egg, beaten|
|2 tbsp milk|
|1⁄4 tsp black pepper|
|1 cup herb seasoned dry bread stuffing mix, crushed|
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Pour butter into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
2. Stir together egg, milk, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Place stuffing mix in a separate shallow bowl. Dip each pork chop in egg mixture, coat with stuffing mix, and place in the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn the pork chops over and bake for another 10 minutes or until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
