Avocado Toast

Ingredients
2 strips bacon (chopped)
4 slices whole grain toast
2 avocados (smashed)
3 tablespoons pomegranate arils
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
freshly cracked black pepper
microgreens (for garnish, optional)
1. Top whole-grain toast with avocado, chopped bacon, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds.
2. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and microgreens.
