Pork for Sandwich

Servings: 6
Prep Time: 30 mins.

1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

6 sandwich buns

1. In large skillet cover pork with water; simmer until done, breaking apart as it cooks.

2. Drain well; add broth, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Serve on sandwich buns.
