Pulled Pork Nachos

Prep Time: 30 minutes


3 cups pulled pork

1 bag tortilla chips

2 cups queso

1 cup barbecue sauce

1 jar pickled jalapenos

1 cup shredded cheese

2 radishes (sliced, optional for garnish)

1/2 cup cilantro (diced, optional for garnish)

1. Place tortilla chips on flat sheet pan, spread evenly.

2. Place pulled pork on top of chips.

3. Sprinkle jalapenos on top.

4. Prepare queso and drizzle on chips.

5. Drizzle bbq sauce on chips.

6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on chips.

7. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

8. Take out of oven and garnish with cilantro and sliced radishes.
