Shaking Pork

Ingredients
1/2 pound pork loin (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup pineapple (1/4-inch slice)
1 tomatoes (julienne)/ 1 томат (соломкой)
4 leaves collard greens (large chunks)
1/4 bunch bok choy (large chucks)
4 basil leaves (chiffonade)
1/4 cup oil
8 cloves garlic (sliced)
1/2 red onion (julienne)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fish sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1. Mix all ingredients for sauce and set aside.
2. Season pork with dry rub and 4 tablespoons of sauce, let marinate for 2 hours.
3. Heat a wok and add collards and sauté for 3 minutes, add pork and sauté additional 4 minutes. Add Remaining ingredients and garnish with tomatoes and basil.
