Premium Iowa Pork to buy HyLife Foods meat Processing plant

Last week, the American company Premium Iowa Pork offered to buy out a pork processing plant from the Canadian pork producer HyLife Foods for $ 13 million. The plant is located in Windom, Minnesota and, according to local media reports, is in the stage of planned bankruptcy.

The Star Tribune reported that a HyLife Foods representative has confirmed the sale, but the deal has not yet been finalized as it is awaiting court approval.
