Ranch Marinated Center-Cut American Pork Chops

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

2 center cut chops

1 pack of dry ranch seasoning

2 tbsp salt

2 garlic cloves

1/2 cup onions (cut into chunks)

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/2 cup of red and orange bell

peppers (cut into chunks)

1.5 cups of potatoes (cut into chunks)

1 cup fresh green beans

1 lemon cut in half

4 cups of water (for boiling)

Dash of Cajun seasoning

Cooking

1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water. Chop and place potatoes in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain potatoes and set aside.

2. Wash and chop the veggies.

3. Mix peppers, onions and green beans with olive oil, 2 tablespoons of salt, a dash of Cajun seasoning and mix well until veggies are evenly coated. Then set them aside.

4. Heat up the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Mix dry ranch seasoning with lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk together until well blended.

6. Put two tablespoons of olive oil onto the chops and rub all over until evenly coated. Sprinkle salt on each side.

7. Take the marinade and pour a nice amount onto one side of each chop. Put the marinated side down onto the grill. It will char easy, creating little bits of crusty flavor.

8. Cook for 4-5 mins on each side or until internal temperature is 145 degrees. Then let it rest.

9. While the pork chop is resting, put the veggies (including potatoes) onto the grill. Cook until the veggies begin to char.

10. Plate the pork chops and veggies as desire and enjoy.
