Master class on American beef and pork on July 1 at the restaurant "ROADHOUSE", Dnipro



The American Meat Export Federation (USMEF) invites chefs and restaurant owners, restaurateurs, buyers of meat products to take part in the event:

Master class from the brand chef of the Steakhouse restaurant Oleg Starun "American meat for barbecue"
The master class program includes such cuts as:
  • Pork: Ham, Back ribs, Spare ribs St. Louis Style, Skinless belly
  • Beef: Chuck roll, Flaps, Flank, Brisket, Skirt, Short ribs

Chef Oleg StarunOleg's experience contains numerous master classes and many years of experience working with American meat. Oleg Starun conquered fans of American meat all over Ukraine with his culinary masterpieces.

Chef Oleg opened the famous GOODMAN STEAK HOUSE restaurant, where he has been successfully working for many years, his creative activity as a chef in the BEEF MEAT & WINE restaurant has been noted with great success.

Now Oleg Starun works as a chef at the Steakhouse restaurant in Kiev.
