The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Association of Ukranian Pig Breeders (AUPB) are implementing the Ensuring Animal Health in Ukraine project. It's nice that this grant is multidirectional. It's not just to support businesses, but to ensure animal health in the swine sector on a national scale. And in times of war, when businesses are disrupted and new risks arise every day, a clear program of activities spelled out is extremely relevant. Especially since it provides for a lot of teaching and technical assistance to enterprises. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises, which have more limited opportunities to invest in biosecurity technologies and animal health control programs. In addition, the project is also a support for the end consumer in terms of quality assurance of products that fall into it added in the Association of Ukranian Pig Breeders.
