U.S. Pork tasting at Steak Master Café, Almaty

U.S. Pork tasting for Almaty pork lovers was conducted on September 16 at Steak Master Café. For the U.S. Pork lovers famous Kazakhstan chef John Nazirov created a special Gastro dinner menu and cooked:

  • burgers with puller pork in aroma sauce Jack Daniels, pickled cucumber, tomatoes, crispy salad leaves, French fries;
  • schnitzels in crispy coating with apple sauce, cabbage stewed in holey and beer; shish-kebabs in old-time style with oranges, lemons and grilled vegetables; oven-baked ham
  • Buzhenina, stuffed with carrots, garlic, celery, marinated in spicy herbs, low cooked in oven, served with sour-creamy-horseradish sauce, flavor toasts;
  • grilled spareribs in BBQ sauce with country-style potatoes.
